Refund Policy

At Aaliyah Incenses, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect all orders before shipment.

Damaged Items

Refunds or replacements are only available if your item arrives damaged or broken.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide clear photo or video evidence showing the damage or defect.

  • Include your order number in your email.

Without photographic or video proof of the damage, we are unable to process a refund or replacement request.

Used Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not offer refunds for items that have been used, burned, altered, damaged after delivery, or handled in a way that affects their condition.

Items must remain unused and in their original condition to be considered for any claim.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect use of the product.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Used products.

  • Damage caused after delivery.

  • Claims submitted without sufficient proof.

Refund Process

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.
